Kristy Dickson has been a part of the Mereo Networks team since 2021 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Operations. As the VP of Strategic Operations, she works with internal department leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, facilitate process improvement, and ensure the efficient execution of key strategic initiatives to serve our customer's needs better.

Kristy brings over ten years of experience in construction and IT project management, including networking, software development (SCRUM & traditional), internal tooling, and global office expansions. With over four years of experience in small business operational leadership, she is passionate about process improvement, efficiency, and internal coaching.
